By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Benefits Recording offers audio recording, video production, podcast recording, voiceover services, and related post-production work.

3. Booking and Payments

Full payment or 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your recorded content. Benefits Recording retains the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled session receive full credit toward future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit deposit.

6. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or violates any laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Benefits Recording is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Benefits Recording operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
