You can book a session by filling out the contact form on our website, calling us, or emailing info@benifitsrecording.com. We'll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation with deposit instructions.
How much does recording cost?
Prices vary by service. Podcast recording starts at $49/session, music recording at $79/hour, voiceover at $59/take, and video production from $199/project. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, we provide professional microphones, headphones, instruments (upon request), and recording software. You are welcome to bring your own gear if preferred.
How long does it take to get my final files?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours after your session. Rush delivery (12 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, cancellations made 48+ hours before your session receive full credit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit deposit. Rescheduling is free with 24-hour notice.
Do you offer remote recording?
Yes! We offer remote podcast recording with guest integration, remote voiceover direction, and virtual mixing/mastering services.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in WAV, MP3, AIFF, and any format you need. Video files are delivered in MP4, MOV, or custom specifications.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. We offer one free round of revisions within 7 days of delivery. If you're still unhappy, we'll discuss a partial refund per our refund policy.
