Code of Conduct (Studio Rules)

Effective: January 1, 2025

1. Respectful Behavior

All clients, staff, and visitors must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive language will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

2. Studio Property

Please handle all equipment with care. Any damage to studio property caused by negligence will be charged to the client at replacement cost.

3. No Illegal Activities

Recording or promoting illegal content (hate speech, violence, copyright infringement, drug glorification, etc.) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to authorities.

4. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals cut into your booked time. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late start.

5. Food and Drinks

No food or drinks are allowed inside the recording booths. Water is permitted in spill-proof containers. Eating/drinking is allowed only in the lounge area.

6. Guest Policy

Only registered clients and essential personnel are allowed in the studio during sessions. Additional guests must be approved 24 hours in advance.

7. Noise Levels

Please maintain reasonable noise levels in common areas to avoid interfering with active recording sessions.

8. Smoking & Substances

Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave.

9. Data & Privacy

Do not attempt to access other clients' files or studio systems without authorization. Violation may result in legal action.

10. Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, session termination without refund, or permanent ban from our facilities.

11. Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
